Can I have Jewellery made with more than one person's ashes inside

Yes, we are more than happy to combine the ashes of loved ones, just select from the drop-down how many lots of ashes you want to go into your memorial when placing your order.

How do I know its the ashes of my loved one in my jewellery

We are a small family-run company trusted by many Funeral Directors across the UK. It's also good to know that we can only work on one order at a time so you can be rest assured there's no possible chance of any cross-contamination of ashes during the making of your memorial.
We keep a strict order process at Forever Close Memorials, your order details are stored in our secure database, the ashes and order documentation are kept together at all times in a sealed pack with your name and a unique order reference code on it. Your pack is locked away safely until needed by the glass artist to make your cremation memorial for you. Any unused ashes are returned to you with your finished memorial piece.

How Much Cremation Ash is Needed?

We ask that you supply a tiny amount of Cremation Ashes (half a teaspoon) and we will use a small pinch of that since the ashes become magnified once encased inside the glass.
We provide a measuring utensil of the correct size in the collection pack that will be posted out once the order has been placed, any unused ashes will be returned with the finished jewellery.

Will I See the Ashes in Glass?

Usually, yes. Visible ashes actually look quite beautiful encased in the glass however, they can be made more discreet if you wish, just let us know in the Notes section when you order and we will layer the ashes in a less visible way for you.

Will I See the Ashes in bespoke Silver items?

No. With our Bespoke Sterling Silver Jewellery items, the ashes are held between solid layers of precious metals so the ashes are not visible, a small Sterling Silver initial seal marks the area where the ashes have been placed so you'll know exactly where they are.

How Can I Get my Loved Ones' Ashes to You?

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a free cremation pack for collection of the ashes,(please allow 3 business days for it to arrive)
Inside your pack are full instructions, a return envelop and everything else you'll need. We recommend using recorded or special delivery to send the ashes to us.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Once we have the ashes it can take between 2 - 8 weeks to be made, We will notify you by phone, message, or email when your order has been dispatched and give you your Tracking Reference Number.
If you need your Forever Close Memorial in a shorter amount of time such as a birthday or special anniversary gift please let us know in the Notes section when ordering and we will do our best to meet your needs, alternatively, you might like to opt for an E-Gift Voucher instead, this way the recipient can pick and choose for themselves what they would really want in the colours they like. Contact us if you would like to purchase an E- Gift Voucher.
.
